How much notice is required to make a reservation?
We suggest that you reserve at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a vehicle will be available. Last minute request are also welcomed however this may limit our availability to meet your needs.
How much notice is required to cancel a reservation?
We understand travel plans may change, so we offer a simple cancellation policy. Cancellations received up to 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time are fully refundable. Westfield car service is unable to refund payment if your ride is cancelled with less than 4 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
May I make a last minute change to my reservation?
We understand that travel plans may change, so to the best of our ability, we will try to accommodate last minute changes. For all last minute change, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup time. Please contact us directly by calling (201) 474-7044. Our customer service department is available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.
If I have already booked a reservation from the airport, what should I do once I land?
Our logistic system is designed to track your flight, so we will be aware of when your flight lands. Once you are off the plane and if you have our Meet and Greet feature, our greeter/driver will be waiting for you in the baggage claim area. If you have a curbside service, you will get a call connecting you with your driver. If you do not receive one by the time you get your luggage, please call us directly on (201) 474-7044 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you in connecting to your driver.
What do I do if my flight has been changed, canceled or delayed?
If your flight has changed or been cancelled, please call our team as soon as possible to notify our customer service representatives who can then note the change in your reservation and alert our logistic team. Customer service representatives are available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. For small flight delays, our logistic system was developed to track your flight so we will know about any delays.
Does Clever Car Service supply infant or booster seats?
With our private sedan and SUV service we can provide car seats for an additional service fee. Please call our customer service department on (201) 474-7044 to inquiry about adding the car seat service to your reservation.
